software developed especially for property management. Owners receive their check on or before the 15th of each month with their monthly
computerized statement and any receipts. Annual statements are mailed before January 31st following the current year.
|How We Manage Property|
We offer personal property management. We are "tough but fair" rent collectors.
We inventory property prior to and after every tenant. We also establish a routine on-site property inspection to intercept problems before they occur.
All repairs/maintenance services are performed by independent, outside vendors, and subcontractors, not by company employees. Each has been selected
because of his ability to provide you the best possible service at the best price.
||How We Lease Property|
We use a broad range of advertising media, including
signs, flyers, magazines, newspapers and Realtor referral, sharing our vacant listings with other members. We are aware of current
market conditions, allowing us to rent your property quickly at its highest value. We minimize your loss rent by advertising a vacant
property until it is rented and pass any savings in group advertising on to you. Tenant applicants are required to complete a rental
application and to provide credit information and references. We check credit, employment and references. A copy of the lease agreement
will always be sent to you. For condominium units, we work with the condominium management company to secure approval of the tenant
and pay the approval fee (where applicable) from rental funds.
